Very Poor Experience

Sweet and Baker put one policy from one insurer in front of me because it was the best policy for them to write as opposed for me to have. I went to Sweet and Baker because the promise of a broker vs. an agent is to have a range of options and brands from which to choose the coverage/policy that matches your needs. Sweet and Baker provided only one policy option from one provider, and told me it was the right policy for me as oppsosed to asking me what I was looking for. It was much less competative than any other policy I reviewed. In addition, following the first conversation, it was very, very difficult to get in contact with Roberta Gonzales, SVP. It took 3 business days to return phone calls, she requested information after I had already provided it via fax, and talked at me instead of with me. I absolutely would not recommend Sweet and Baker.
